Indian, two Bangladeshi aides caught for practicing medicine illegally

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 7: Police have arrested a 42-year-old Indian for practicing medicine without license, reports Al- Anba daily. He has also been charged with selling medicines stolen from the pharmacies of the Ministry of Health.
The daily added the suspect, who owned a grocery shop, was arrested after police received a tip-off from undercover police that the suspect was helping abort fetuses and prescribing medicines for minor sicknesses and injuries.
Police then set a trap for the man and caught him red-handed. The Indian then guided police to two Bangladeshi accomplices who were working in facilities affiliated to the Ministry of Health.
It is they who were stealing medicines from government hospital pharmacies and supply the loot to the Indian ‘doctor’. However, the accomplices are said to have pointed a finger at their compatriot who was allegedly supplying them with medicine. The compatriot is still at large, but the trio is in police custody.
